📢 New in Kwello Social: BlueSky Content, Enhanced Reporting, and ElsieAI

We’ve rolled out several exciting updates in Kwello Social to make it easier to explore thought leader conversations, analyze content by type, and export insights with ease. Here’s what’s new:

🔷 BlueSky Now Available

What’s New:

Kwello Social now includes BlueSky contributions, expanding your access to conversations beyond traditional platforms like X (formerly Twitter). This ensures a more comprehensive view of what thought leaders are saying.

Key Enhancements:

  • Embedded BlueSky Posts: BlueSky content is now seamlessly integrated into the Social Feed.

  • BlueSky Logo in Feed Controls: The feed filter now displays the BlueSky logo when BlueSky posts are visible.

  • Source Filter : You can filter your feed specifically by BlueSky as a source.

  • Profile Icon: Profiles with BlueSky content now display a BlueSky icon in their header (introduced in the previous release).

Why It Matters:

This update helps you expand your monitoring coverage, surface emerging voices, and include BlueSky in your social listening and reporting—without any manual steps.

📊 Export Share of Voice (SoV) Charts to PowerPoint

What’s New:

You can now export individual Share of Voice charts from the SoV page directly to PowerPoint. Export options include:

  • Total Share of Voice

  • Share of Voice by Month

  • Volume by Month

Each chart generates a clean, pre-formatted slide.

Why It’s Useful:

This feature makes it easy to create focused, presentation-ready slides—perfect for stakeholder updates or spotlighting key metrics.

🗂️ Export Social Feed Contributions to PowerPoint

What’s New:

You can now export up to 50 contributions from the Social Feed into a structured PowerPoint file.

  • Fully respects applied filters (e.g., dates, profile types, treatment areas).

  • Matches what you see in the feed exactly.

Why It Matters:

This gives you a fast, reliable way to build decks based on real, curated social content—whether you're preparing for an internal review or sharing insights with clients.

How to Use:

Apply your desired filters, then click the PowerPoint (PPT) icon above the feed. That’s it!

✨ New Filter: Owned Content Type (X Only)

What’s New:

We’ve added a new filter for Owned Content Type—specific to X (formerly Twitter). The filter appears in your panel and lets you focus on:

  • Original Posts

  • Replies

  • Quote Tweets

  • Retweets (Reposts)

By default, all content types are included.

Why It Matters:

This filter provides deeper control over your analysis. Whether you’re interested in original thought leadership or looking to track how content spreads, you can now tailor your view to suit your needs.

🧭 Improved Feed Navigation

What’s New:

Your scroll position is now retained when navigating between the Social Feed and Contribution Details.

Why It’s Helpful:

No more losing your place. You can explore posts and profiles without interrupting your workflow—making browsing smoother and more efficient, especially in long feeds.
